At the VIP, we have a first-come, first-serve policy.  We DO NOT take reservations, and we DO NOT take call-ahead seating.  When our restaurant fills to capacity, we place parties onto our waitlist.  One unpopular policy: Our bar seating becomes part of the waitlist.  Seating is a premium here, and we wish to get all people seating timely and fairly, while maintaining a comfortable atmosphere.
